Why it keeps waiting
Moving a recipe folder over is not a job for between services. Hundreds of recipes spread across Word files, notebooks and photos, and every recipe has to be copied, checked and given a place. So the folder waits, until someone leaves or the folder is lost.
What goes wrong when you do it halfway
Letting an intern retype everything leads to typos in quantities. A scanner without checks quietly turns 1 tbsp into 1 l. Going digital halfway is worse than not at all: nobody trusts the app any more and the paper binder comes back to the pass.
You choose the structure
You choose a package and request the import service. Once approved, you pay and send us everything: Word, PDF, photos of notebooks and notes, or exports from another app. You tell us your own folder structure, by section, by type or by menu, exactly the way your kitchen works.
Every recipe checked
We read everything with the Savour reader and lay every recipe next to the original: quantities, units, yield and method. Where the source leaves doubt, we look extra carefully. Nothing is ever made up; what is not there, we do not fill in.
Everything ready for your brigade
You give us the email addresses of your colleagues. Everyone gets an account with Savour Pro, access to the recipes and an email to choose their own password. On day one your whole brigade opens the same recipe book, on the phone, the tablet at the pass and the office computer.
Your recipes stay yours
The files you send are kept in private storage that only Savour can see, and are deleted as soon as your organisation is ready. After that your recipes only live in your organisation.
What it costs
One-off €85 up to 100 recipes, €100 up to 500 and €164.99 up to 1,000, together with a yearly plan for your organisation of 5, 10 or 25 people. More recipes by arrangement. The first five kitchens are imported for free.
