How does importing work?
Everyone uses the Savour reader: it reads Word, PDF and text instantly and for free. With Savour Pro the AI also reads what the reader is unsure about: photos, handwritten notes, scanned pages and documents without a clear layout. The AI never invents quantities or steps; you check every recipe before it is saved.
Questions
What happens if I stop Pro?
You keep all your recipes and shared folders. You just cannot add new recipes beyond 100 or create new shared folders.
How do my team members get Pro?
You add them via My team in the menu, or on your phone via My account → Subscription. They get an invitation by email and have Savour Pro as soon as they log in or sign up with exactly that email address. You count as the first seat yourself.
Do my team members have to pay too?
No. Being a member of a shared folder is free. If you want everyone in your kitchen to have Pro, choose a team subscription.
What counts as an AI import?
Every photo, scanned page or part of a file the AI reads (about 8 recipes per part). What the Savour reader reads with certainty does not count.
What if I go over 500?
Then the Savour reader carries on and you can do the rest with AI next month. There are never extra costs.
How do I cancel?
In My account → Subscription → Manage subscription. There you can also change your payment method and download invoices.
