1. Use of Savour
Savour is a service for managing, organising and sharing recipes. You use the service at your own responsibility and are responsible for the content you add.
2. Account
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activities that take place through your account.
3. Recipe content
You keep the rights to the recipes and other content you add to Savour, insofar as those rights are yours. You only give Savour the permission needed to provide the service.
4. Import and AI
Automated processing may contain errors. Check imported or automatically structured recipes before using them professionally. Savour does not guarantee that automatically recognised content is complete or error-free.
5. Availability
Savour may be changed, maintained or temporarily unavailable. We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Termination
You can end your account via the available account function. Data that must be retained by law is subject to the applicable retention obligations.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated when Savour or the applicable regulations change.
8. Free account and Savour Pro
A free account includes up to 100 recipes. New accounts get a one-time 7 days of Savour Pro free of charge, also limited to 100 recipes; after that the account automatically returns to free, without any charge. Savour Pro is a paid monthly or yearly subscription, for one person or as a team subscription with a fixed number of seats, which renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via My account; you keep Savour Pro until the end of the paid period. Afterwards all your recipes and shared folders are kept. Savour Pro includes up to 500 AI imports per person per month. Payments are processed by Stripe.
9. About the provider
Savour is a Dutch company. You can reach us at contact@savour.page. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
10. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
If you take out a Savour Pro subscription as a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within 14 days of your first payment you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. To do so, send an email to contact@savour.page with your name and your account email address, or cancel via My account and mention that you are using your right of withdrawal.
You will then receive a full refund within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you paid with. Your account and recipes remain; you return to a free account. After the cooling-off period you can always cancel your subscription at the end of the current period.
